A friend called to ask if I was done unpacking yet. It had been three days. The crock-pot was in a box labeled 'Deep Fryer.' So no. I was not done unpacking.
Going Mental in the Rental
One month in the New Jersey rental. Still unpacking. Christmas in 23 days. The crockpot is the only thing keeping me sane. Certain people expect a meal when they get home.
Summer Doldrums
I am guilty of packing too much busyness into my days. I get all caught up in the “To Do” list that I forget how much fun it is to just take a break. I wish now, as the month of July comes to a close, that I had been able to have more of a break these last few months.
