Too Stupid To Live

Love the show. The Big Bang Theory is one of my faves right now, but when are they going to fix the goddamn elevator?

The problem is that they are all book smart. Not street smart, which is a whole other set of practical skills. Even something as simple as calling the building super and following the issue through to find a solution is challenging for someone who is only book smart. And being too book smart can, in my opinion, make you stupid in other areas of life.

So is it possible for people to be so smart that they are stupid? It sure as shit seems to be that way. I know plenty of people in my immediate sphere who think the things I accomplish are magic or require an inordinate amount of talent and skill. ( Spoiler alert: I’m talking about my brother)

Actual answer: Dude, anyone can follow instructions, so can you please stop calling me about your damned garbage disposal and Google that shit yourself?!
