Once Around Again

I used to have an inside joke with my brother. Back in the day (1991 to be exact), we were stuck on a plane as teenagers flying to San Francisco, and the only movie playing was called “Once Around“. We did not watch it. If you look at the synopsis, you know why it would not have appealed. In homage to those bygone days, I decided to dig into the archives in a new series called Once Around Again.

This archive dig surfaced a post about the type of people that made my blood boil at work. Funny enough, it seems that the annoying ass people aren’t work-exclusive. They are found EVERYWHERE. They just can’t be escaped. The most recent place they’ve appeared is the neighborhood council. I feel this prior exposure to these annoying types of people has made me uniquely skilled to handle this group of misfits at this new stage in my life.

This new group has found ways to drive me bananas and make my blood boil. Luckily, I have almost no stakes in the game and find it easier to let it go… go all the way to hell. In the meantime, read this journey into the bowels of the worst the workplace has to offer. Enjoy!
